- An exciting opportunity as an Administration and Distribution Officer within DJCS
- One (1) fixed-term, full-time opportunity available for 12 months from commencement
- VPS Grade 2: $55,439 - $71,194 plus superannuation
- Ballarat location.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role sits within the Information and Dispute Services Centre branch which provides contact centre services across the Regulation group's legislative area.
In this role, you will provide support to branch staff including administrative assistance for employee record management, on-boarding and offboarding, maintenance of stocks of stationery and ordering of Consumer Affairs Victoria publications, forms and fact sheets and other mail and electronic correspondence.

- Has experience in performing administrative tasks such records and diary management
- Displays a critical thinking and problem-solving outlook, open to working on seeking resolution to problems
- Is comfortable utilising a range of digital platforms such as Microsoft and has a broad understanding of topics such as cyber security
- Is respectful, kind and open to working within collaborative work environments.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Please note that for this role you must**:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder, Asperger's Syndrome, Autistic Disorder or PDD-NOS
- Have the ability to gain Fit2Work and security clearance through relevant checks (this will be conducted through the employer)
- Be able to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination.

The department is committed to providing and maintaining a working environment which is safe and without risk to the health of its employees consistent with the department's obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic). Therefore, there is a requirement that all DJCS employees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to undertake duties outside of their homes.
Prior to commencement of employment with the department you will need to provide evidence that you are vaccinated against COVID-19.
Upon commencement of employment with the department you will be required to provide evidence that you have an up-to-date vaccination status within the timelines specified by the department into the DJCS Service Portal. This includes evidence of all doses of a COVID-19 vaccine required by the department (from time to time).
**Acceptable evidence includes**:
COVID-19 digital certificate or ATAGI exemption certificate (available via your myGov account)
Your immunisation history statement (available via your myGov account)
Other documentation outside the above will not be accepted as evidence of having received your COVID-19 vaccine doses.
