Store Leadership Position
Summary: Ensure store operations run smoothly by completing key tasks and providing training to team members.
* Complete morning shift duties as outlined in the Opening Sheet.
* Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and store appearance.
* Accurately record stock levels, sales data, and employee hours for review by management.
* Communicate new processes and procedures to staff as needed.
* Provide comprehensive training to new employees and support ongoing skill development.
