Your daily responsibilities:
* All aspects of face-to-face, phone and, email sales transactions
* Building and maintaining relationships with customers
* Store presentation & merchandising
* Dealing with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions
* Opening & Closing
Your skills and experience:
* Demonstrated ability to manage tasks quickly and to be flexible.
* High level of communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
* Enthusiastic with an excellent team and big picture focus.
* Positive, friendly and outcome focused.
* Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative.
* Hands-on "Doer" and "Finisher".
* RELIABLE & ACCURATE with a high level of integrity.
* Minimum 2 years Level 3 Retail experience.
