About the Role
The Credit Cards Value Stream is a newly formed team that will design, build and deliver the future-state ANZ Plus Credit Cards proposition. Our purpose is to empower customers to pay and borrow confidently through transparent and engaging experiences.
What will your day look like?
The Business Analyst will report to the Credit Cards Lead and take on broad responsibilities – part BA/Customer Journey Expert. You will drive discovery through to build and delivery of the features and capabilities needed to stand-up the new credit card offering on ANZ Plus.
Your Focus
* Scope and define customer features and develop detailed e2e experience including CX, process flows, impacted systems, CX design, risks and controls, success metrics and commercial impact
* Work closely within a digital delivery squad and cross-functional stakeholders the deliver on priorities, these inc Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineers, Designers, Technology Business Services, Legal, Risk partners
* Drive business requirements e2e of the feature, complete discovery, support build phase, process mapping, user stories, and prioritise work to our product prioritization framework
* Support with refinement of concept design through to build and delivery with an exceptional eye for details
* Participating in key operational processes to ensure the features remain compliant with obligations.
* Defining reporting requirements to ensure metrics are measurable and aligned to top level objectives.
What will you bring?
* You will be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in seeking clarity, be flexible and adaptable to change and drive outcomes collaboratively with diverse stakeholder groups.
* Experienced in a business analysis / process analysis role in an agile mobile apps or web environment, seeing out feature discovery through to delivery.
* Effective collaborator who can lead; strong interpersonal, active listening and influencing skills – you need to be comfortable asking questions, raising concerns and leading stakeholders to outcomes.
* Detail oriented, organised, resilient and accountable; documenting actions, decisions, providing clarity on outcomes.
* Facilitation and elicitation techniques, gather requirements, write user stories, define scope and acceptance criteria, slice, shape and refine the backlog.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen to drive balanced outcomes that deliver on customer and business outcomes sustainably.
