Elevate Indigenous Inclusion and drive meaningful change across Australian operations. We seek an experienced Senior Specialist to lead initiatives, partner with communities, and promote cultural awareness.


Job Overview

This role involves developing and delivering programs that attract, retain, and support Indigenous talent. You will work closely with internal teams to embed inclusion into everyday practices and create opportunities for Indigenous employees to grow into leadership roles.

* Design and deliver Indigenous Inclusion Strategies to attract and retain Indigenous talent.
* Promote Cultural Awareness by facilitating training and embedding Indigenous perspectives into policies and practices.
* Partner Across the Business to work closely with internal teams and leaders to embed inclusion.
* Support Leadership Development by creating opportunities for Indigenous employees to grow into leadership roles.
* Track Progress and Ensure Compliance by monitoring outcomes and ensuring alignment with legal, cultural, and native title obligations.


Your Background and Qualifications

* You have experience developing and delivering programs that create real impact, particularly in inclusion capability building or employee engagement.
* Strong connections to Indigenous communities, cultural knowledge, or lived experience inform your approach and build trust.
* Practical experience working in mining community engagement or inclusion-focused roles is essential.
* A strong ability to connect, build relationships, and foster respect is critical.
* A genuine commitment to creating spaces where Indigenous voices are heard, valued, and empowered.
* Formal qualifications in Indigenous Studies, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or related fields are valued but not essential.
