An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Technical Support Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking a problem solving and customer focused IT Support professional with at least 5 years' experience in IT Support, application support or systems administration with relevant Team Lead experience. This role will provide comprehensive technical support and maintenance for all IT systems and infrastructure across a cluster of 5 hotels and campground, ensuring seamless operations and optimal guest experiences through reliable technology.
Responsibilities
 * Team Leadership and Development: Supervise, mentor and coach technical support staff, giving guidance and support for complex client issues. Set clear goals and expectations to promote team efficiency.
 * Manage and maintain IT systems across all properties, including Microsoft Office products and cloud-hosted SaaS solutions.
 * Respond to and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel and campground operations.
 * Implement, upgrade, and troubleshoot software and hardware as needed.
 * Provide training and support to staff on various IT systems and tools.
 * Assist in maintaining communication infrastructure between the remote site and headquarters
Qualifications
 * Relevant IT certifications such as Microsoft certifications (Azure, MS Windows, Office 365)
 * Certifications in hospitality technology systems
 * Experience working with hospitality technology systems
 * Experience with cloud-based SaaS applications and Microsoft Office products
 * Background in providing IT support in remote or distributed systems
 * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
 * Experience with networking infrastructure and protocols
 * Understanding of IT security principles and best practices
