Ardour Milton Park Bowral have an exciting new opportunity for a full-time Barista to join our passionate team in the rolling hills of Bowral, NSW. As a member of our wider Salter Brothers Hospitality team, you’ll play a key role in creating meaningful experiences for both our guests and teammates through thoughtful service, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Milton Park Country House Hotel & Spa in Bowral, NSW, has undergone a $10 million transformation and recently reopened in February as Ardour Milton Park Bowral, the very first flagship in our new Ardour Hotels & Estates collection, one of the most exciting hotel openings of 2026.
Nestled on a secluded hilltop woodland just under two hours from Sydney, Ardour Milton Park Bowral is a luxury escape like no other. Our 44-room heritage property boasts an adjoining wellness spa, exceptional restaurants and bars, luxurious pools and tennis courts, and a stunning events pavilion - all set within 32 acres of manicured gardens and rolling lawns.
The role and key duties
* Deliver outstanding service to all guests, creating personalised and memorable experiences;
* Forge loyal connections with guests and suppliers to promote repeated clientele ad strong relationships;
* Take ownership of morning coffee & barista drinks service, managing your section and working collaboratively with other team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience;
* Prepare high-quality coffee and barista drinks to a luxury standard including high-level latte art;
* Handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues when necessary;
* Process payments accurately, including cash, credit card transactions, and room charges, in line with hotel policies;
* Comply with Workplace Health and Safety Act and Regulations at all times, ensuring a clean and safe working environment;
* Work safely and follow all designated workplace procedures.
Essential criteria required to be considered
* Minimum 1-2 years of barista experience (essential);
* RSA certificate and NSW competency card (essential);
* Strong working knowledge of and interest in barista-made drinks, particularly coffee including bean origins, techniques etc;
* Availability and willingness to work a rotating roster of early starts, weekdays and weekends;
* A strong work ethic and commitment to high standards;
* Reliable vehicle to commute to and from work.
