We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Officer to join our Major Infrastructure Projects team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will support the planning, designing, tendering, supervising, constructing, commissioning, and ensuring the successful operation of major infrastructure projects within our Assets Department.
This role involves providing technical expertise, supervision of works, and support in the tendering, construction, and cost control of various major projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the planning and delivery of major infrastructure projects
* Provide technical expertise and supervision of works
* Assist in tendering, construction, and cost control processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* At least 5 years' experience in infrastructure project delivery
* Strong skills in construction supervision, contract management and commissioning
* Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets and risks
* Proven technical report writing and communication skills
* Experience with risk management, safety standards and contractor compliance
