Support Worker Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Professional to join our team in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities.

This role will involve providing personalized support services, creating meaningful connections with clients, and fostering a sense of community.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality support services to clients with varying needs and abilities.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
* Contribute to a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and mutual respect.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive.
* A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* A Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).
* Consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
