Minimum entry level experience in the food and beverage industry is required.

Our facilities include a stunning clubhouse, a bistro, a casual dining area, and a well-stocked bar. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality in both our food and beverage offerings.
Coffee from 8am every day. Breakfast 8am-11am Wed to Sun. Bistro menu lunch Tue-Sun. Bistro Menu dinner 5:00-8:30 Thurs and Fri.
Bar open times: 8:00-6:00 Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat and Sun. 8:00-9:30 Thurs and Fri.
Functions on Saturday PM from time to time.
Responsibilities:
Customer service, cafe food and espresso.
Serving meals and speaking with customers at their table will be a requirement.
Contributing to improving service.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with members, guests, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Hold a current RSA and food safety certificate - or willing to complete before first shift.
Well presented.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Basic understanding of food and beverage operations is required.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and memorable experience for our members and guests.
Ability to multitask.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
Candidates must be 18+ years of age.
Salary and hourly rate
We offer a competitive renumeration, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Hourly rate employees are remunerated based on Registered and Licensed Clubs Award (MA rates.
