Process Technologist Role
Develop and improve process solutions to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance capability. Collaborate closely with R&D and Supply teams to deliver projects and support new technology introductions.
* Collaborate with R&D and Supply teams to validate new manufacturing processes.
* Lead development and improvement projects that drive efficiency and reduce waste.
* Partner across functions to manage handovers when introducing new suppliers standards or processes.
* Lead problem-solving initiatives to overcome technical challenges and deliver cost savings.
* Share knowledge across the R&D team and support ongoing learning and innovation.
Requirements:
* Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
* Up to 3 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment, ideally within Quality Engineering or Product Development.
* A solid understanding of food processing and packaging technologies.
* A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* A team player who thrives on collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
