Your Key Responsibilities
• Oversight of multiple sites and offices, ensuring effective service delivery and performance
• Leading and motivating a team of employment consultants to achieve sustainable employment outcomes
• Facilitating staff training and development to ensure the provision of person-centred services
• Developing strategies and programs to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities
• Leveraging systems and reports to monitor individual, site and area performance and quality metrics
• Ensuring the achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarks
• Fostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success
• Representing the organisation in the local community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment services
