We're after someone who can own the bar — whether they're shaking spirits or blending decadent milkshakes.

What You'll Be Doing
* Crafting cocktails (from classics to our wild signature creations)
* Blending and serving thickshakes & loaded shakes
* Ensuring drink quality, consistency, presentation
* Maintaining bar & shake prep stations, stock control and cleanliness
* Upholding RSA / responsible service of alcohol
* Assisting floor staff where needed in a fast-paced, high energy environment

What You Bring
* Proven experience behind a cocktail bar (1–2 years minimum)
* Skills making shakes, dessert / blended drinks is a big bonus
* RSA / relevant alcohol service certification
* A strong work ethic, ability to multitask, and stay cool under pressure
* Good communication, team player attitude
* A flair for creativity and making drinks that "wow"
