Key Responsibilities Develop in-depth knowledge of all Spa World products including Jacuzzi, Vortex, Fisher Spas, Saunas and Pergolas Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects Respond to phone and internet leads, making every effort to convert them into sales Ensure best retail standards are maintained in the showrooms at all times Maintain client and prospect database for effective relationship management Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Achieve set sales and performance targets Requirements Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships Problem-solving mindset and active listening skills Current driver’s license and reliable transportation A flexible, proactive approach to working in a dynamic retail setting This is a permanent full-time position with an immediate start available. Our store hours are 10am – 4pm, however we also require flexibility to work outside of these hours to address sales queries as needed.
