About you
Reporting directly to the Merchandise Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end allocation of merchandise to our retail stores. This role involves working with various cross‑functioning departments within Ghanda to support your personal portfolio of locations in maintaining optimal stock levels year‑round.
A day in the life
As an ALLOCATION ANALYST, your daily tasks may include:
* Managing inbound and outbound inventory processes including store allocations
* Communicating directly with our retail teams to support effective inventory control in stores
* Liaising with our Design, Product, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations teams
* Reviewing purchase orders and quantities
* Monitoring product performance across the business and specific locations
* Preparing reports and analytics for key decision makers
Qualifications
* Intermediate to strong Microsoft Excel skills or database experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain strong working relationships across the organisation
* A strong, data‑driven analytical focus
* Tertiary qualifications in Fashion, Business or similar — although this isn't a deal‑breaker. At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience
