About Us:
We're a dynamic, forward-thinking recruitment agency with a strong track record across Accounting & Finance and Business Support. We believe in empowering our Consultants with the tools, support, and autonomy they need to succeed.
The Role:
* Running a 360° desk — managing clients and candidates from end to end
* Building and growing a portfolio of clients on a temporary/contract desk
* Using a range of tools and platforms to source top talent
* Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
* Working as part of a collaborative, motivated team
About You:
* 3+ years in a 360 recruitment role
* A self-starter with strong sales and negotiation skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven track record of billing success
* Passion for building long-term relationships
