About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Care Manager to provide clinical and cultural leadership to our care team at Carseldine GreensCare Community.

What You'll Do
* Deliver high‐quality, person‐centred clinical care
* Lead, coach and empower RNs, ENs & PCAs
* Maintain clinical governance and accreditation standards
* Build trusted relationships with residents, families & clinicians
* Partner with the GM to drive clinical and operational excellence
What You'll Bring
* Current AHPRA RN registration (3+ years)
* Strong clinical leadership experience in aged care/healthcare
* Knowledge of aged care standards, AN‐ACC & governance
* Passion for mentoring and building strong teams
* Confident communicator with resilience & a proactive mindset
* Willing to complete: medical, police check & NDIS Screening
