The HSR Administrator and Document Controller plays a crucial role in supporting the Health, Safety and Risk department. The incumbent will provide comprehensive administrative support, engage in health and safety activities, and participate in incident investigation meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate meetings and appointments with various stakeholders.
* Scribe minutes, including risk assessments and procedures.
* Prepare documents and reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
* Support internal incident investigation meetings by providing administrative assistance.
* Conduct confidential testing and sampling as required.
* Monitor documentation and compliance to maintain a high level of efficiency.
