Responsibilities
Proactively building a strong pipeline by identifying new opportunities, establishing referral partnerships and acquiring new customers through strategic networking
Guiding customers seamlessly through the lending process, providing them with confidence and peace of mind as you help them achieve their financial goals
Strengthening your community presence by building your personal brand, nurturing and leveraging existing relationships and expanding your network through active participation in local events
Leveraging your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes and help future-proof their financial success
Developing lasting relationships within the community, positioning yourself as a trusted lending expert who is always ready to support your customers' needs

What you'll bring to the role
Extensive consumer lending experience – this is essential
Strong networks and a proven ability to self-generate new business opportunities
High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations
An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues, quickly assess their needs and develop a holistic view of their situation
Highly developed credit analysis skills
An understanding of small business offerings
A self-motivated high performing approach with a proven track record of consistently delivering lending growth
