Responsibilities
- Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between HR/Payroll and technical teams.
- Analyse and enhance HCM and Payroll systems and HR/Payroll processes to identify improvement opportunities and optimise service delivery models.
- Support program streams, including technical, functional, testing, change management, and training teams, by documenting processes and creating design specifications.
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and solution demonstrations, engaging stakeholders from operational teams to C-suite executives.
Qualifications
- A relevant Degree or Qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology or Information Systems.
- Experience with HR/Payroll systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and HR/Payroll processes including process review, analysis and design.
- Understanding of Payroll Technology-related business challenges and how to improve people and business experience.
- Experience in Workforce Management projects to enhance business functionality and overall performance.
- Experience working in diverse teams and/or project management on large projects.
- Consulting experience desirable, including ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels and facilitate client discussions and workshops.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and relationships effectively.
