Site Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Adelaide.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site logistics, ensuring the effective execution of construction projects, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
* Manage site amenities, housing, entry/exit traffic management, cranage, hoisting, security, and waste management.
* Ensure subcontractors complete their work in accordance with the scope of work and programme.
* Review SWMS from subcontractors before they commence on site.
* Perform regular inspections on subcontractors' work to ensure it conforms to specifications, drawings, and QA check sheets.
* Coordinate storage of goods and materials.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of project requirements, including specialist trade contractor/supplier shop drawings.
* Assist in overall project management by reviewing construction methods and site performance, and coordinating trade contractors against planned activities and programmes.

* A willingness and ability to maintain and develop industry knowledge of WHS, IR, QA, and environmental issues.

* A permanent resident of Australia.
