Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support Branch Managers to deliver on business objectives and enhance team performance
* Nurture strong client relationships to provide tailored solutions that strengthen their businesses
* Communicate clear direction, strategy, goals, and expectations, fostering an inclusive and positive team culture
* Cultivate new sales opportunities to expand Elders presence
* Participate actively in area and state strategy planning

* A minimum of 10 years' experience in the agricultural industry, including product and sales management
