Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced interior designer to lead our residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of interior design concepts, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements.
* Develop innovative interior design solutions for clients with diverse needs and preferences.
* Select high-quality interior materials, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements that reflect the client's style and budget.
* Conduct thorough consultations to understand the client's functional requirements, design goals, and project timeline.
* Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
* Visit project sites to oversee the installation of interior finishes and fixtures.
Requirements:
* A degree in interior design or a related field, supplemented by extensive industry experience.
* Minimum three years of practical interior design experience, preferably in a senior role.
* Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Photoshop.
* Detailed knowledge of interior materials, construction methods, building regulations, and contemporary design trends.
