About the role
The position will work closely with the Program Managers and Manager, Cooperative Experiential Learning to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, provide efficient communication with placement organisations, students and staff and implement procedures to ensure a quality experience for our students.
You will:
1. coordinate the administration of placements and internships;
2. assist in the development, documentation and implementation of procedures;
3. liaise with internal and external stakeholders supporting student placement opportunities;
4. contribute to the administering of financial processing; and
5. provide accurate information and advice on the work integrated learning opportunities.
About you
You will have demonstrated experience in administration and in the interpretation of policies and procedures, providing accurate and timely advice to stakeholders.
You will possess:
