HR Manager

We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function in a dynamic, international environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a strategic and operational role in driving people management, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:

* Developing and Implementing HR Strategies: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with global and local business goals.
* Managing the Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent.
* Overseeing Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
* Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies.
* Supporting Performance Management: Support performance management processes: goal setting, evaluations, and career development.
* Driving Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement, retention, and well-being initiatives.
* Facilitating Training and Development: Facilitate training and development programs for employee upskilling.
* Managing HR Administration: Manage HR administration: contracts, benefits, payroll coordination (as per local law), and HRIS systems.
* Providing Guidance: Provide guidance on work permits, visas, and relocation for expatriate employees (if applicable).
* Preparing Reports: Prepare and present HR reports to management on key metrics (attrition, recruitment, employee satisfaction, etc.).


Qualifications and Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
* Strong understanding of local labor laws and global HR practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
* Ability to adapt and work effectively in multicultural environments.
* Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP, Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office tools.
* Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
* Certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR) is a plus.
* Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new work culture.
