In this dynamic fast‑paced role, you will be an integral part of the HR Connect team providing consistent and accurate human resource administrative and advisory services. You will work in partnership with the Human Resource Business Partners to promptly resolve various human resource challenges and matters for employees and leaders.
Responsibilities
* Interpret and provide advice on 5 industrial instruments
* Advise and execute position management processes, including position creation and reclassification
* Assist in advising and executing change management processes
* Advise and execute numerous policies and procedures
* Oversee fitness‑for‑work processes
* Advise on the resolution of simple grievance processes
* Advise on the execution of simple performance management processes
* Assist with organisation‑wide projects and initiatives
* Work with a portfolio of approximately 3,000 employees
* Ensure compliance with standards and KPIs
The HR Connect team does not provide end‑to‑end human resource advice/services and does not complete any disciplinary or investigative processes.

Qualifications
* Demonstrated human resource experience (preferably in an HR administration, HR officer or HR consultant position)
* Demonstrated strong customer service focus with the ability to build relationships
* High proficiency in technology, with the ability to quickly adapt and learn multiple new systems
* Flexibility and pragmatic problem‑solving skills
* Eagerness to learn and coachability
* Resilience in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong level of attention to detail balanced against speed
* Strong motivation and determination to achieve outcomes and deliverables
