* $150 per hour incentive for the first 3 months for permanent GPs, and $150 per hour for 2 months for locums

* Team Composition: 7 GPs supported by a full-time RN and a range of allied health professionals including a Diabetes Educator, Dietician, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, and Podiatrist
* Support for Clinical Interests: Encourages Doctors to pursue their own clinical interests, including high CDM, skin cancer, mental health, workers' compensation, pre-employment checks, minor surgeries, and shared care
