Senior Customer Services Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer management unit, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer growth and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 10 years' experience in an account management or service delivery role, ideally within the IT or related industries. They will possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative working relationships with customers, as well as excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

About this role:

* Develop and implement customer growth strategies
* Manage and develop existing customer relationships
* Provide on-going support to customers and end users
* Collaborate across business units to drive unified approach to service delivery

Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Develop industry knowledge and identify trends and market opportunities
* Identify future opportunities and needs within customer accounts
* Maintain performance reporting and monitor contract and commercial arrangements

Requirements:

* A minimum 10 years' experience in an account management or service delivery role
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build collaborative working relationships with customers
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Understanding of customer relationship management tools and other enterprise business applications
