Culturally Competent Clinical Lead
About the Role:
This position entails providing expert clinical leadership and coordination to Aboriginal Mental Health Trainees undertaking the BSc Health Science (Mental Health) Charles Sturt 'Djirruwang' Program. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with professionals from social work, nursing, psychology, occupational therapy, and medical backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver comprehensive cultural capability training programs for the broader mental health workforce to enhance cultural safety and effectiveness.
* Coordinate and support the development of Aboriginal Mental Health Trainees and the clinical Aboriginal workforce across the Bathurst and Region Hub.
Work Environment:
You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, Monday to Friday, 8:30-5pm. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care and services to the community.
