Job Title: Operations Manager
Our client, a respected aged care organisation, is seeking an exceptional Care Operations Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality care across their services. As a senior management team member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence in care, compliance, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership, direction, and support to a team of 5 operational managers
* Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with aged care quality standards
* Oversee operational budgets, performance reporting, and resource allocation
* Collaborate with the CEO and Board on strategic planning and service development
* Lead operations across both residential aged care and Home Care Package (HCP) programs
About You:
* Extensive experience within the aged care sector is essential
* Proven leadership experience in residential and / or community aged care settings
* Strong operational management and budgeting skills
* Experience managing Home Care Packages (HCP) programs
* Current AHPRA nursing registration or relevant clinical background
