Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. Position Profile: We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Clinical Nurse. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of high quality, client‑focused care; planning and facilitating client activities in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members; providing support and supervision for other staff; and liaising with all members of the healthcare team, clients and carers. This position involves nursing care for patients residing in the Acute Psychiatric Unit.
Area Profile: Midwest Mental Health and Community Alcohol and Drug Service (MMH&CADS) is a skilled and dynamic team that draws on a wide range of experience and backgrounds to reflect diversity in cultural, consumer, peer and clinical perspectives. The team undertakes a range of functions including strategic planning and service reform; workforce development; safety, quality and service improvement; performance monitoring; communication; and cultural and clinical governance. MMH&CADS also oversees and provides direct services delivered by Telehealth.
