We are seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join the delivery team on a landmark $100M luxury apartment development in the Northern Beaches. This premium residential project offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the structure from early works through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Structural Leadership – Oversee day-to-day structural works including formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, and coordination of structural trades to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Quality & Safety – Maintain high standards of structural workmanship, enforce WHS compliance, and manage site QA/QC processes for all structural elements.
Team Coordination – Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, and subcontractors to drive key structural milestones and maintain a strong site culture.
Program Management – Monitor progress against program, identify risks early, and assist in resolving on-site issues to keep the structure on track.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience as a Structures Foreman or Foreman on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
* Strong background in concrete, formwork, and structural sequencing
* Proven ability to manage subcontractors, safety, and productivity on complex builds
* Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
* Experience with Procore, Aconex, or similar systems preferred
