Job Description
As an Intermediate Solicitor, you will be responsible for representing and advising Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients in family, domestic violence, and care & protection matters. You will also manage a busy caseload, provide guidance and mentorship to more junior team members, and contribute to law reform and policy submissions that shape systemic change.
Key Responsibilities
* Represent and advise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients in family, domestic violence, and care & protection matters.
* Manage a busy caseload of cases involving family, domestic violence, and care & protection matters.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior team members.
* Contribute to law reform and policy submissions that shape systemic change.
* Support early intervention outreach and community legal education programs.
Requirements
