Wood Recruitment is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join a dynamic and growing organisation supporting multiple operational business units. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing and delivering impactful training, partnering with stakeholders, and driving capability across diverse environments including construction, hospitality, and property. What you’ll be doing: Designing and delivering engaging training programs across eLearning, workshops, onsite sessions, and coaching Conducting training needs analysis through stakeholder consultation and performance data Supporting compliance and safety training across multiple business units Managing learning projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations Coordinating training logistics including schedules, materials, and resources Evaluating training effectiveness and reporting on outcomes and ROI Maintaining and updating LMS content and learning materials Partnering with external providers and RTOs for accredited training delivery Driving continuous improvement across learning programs and initiatives What you’ll need: Qualification in Education, Human Resources, or Training & Assessment (e.g. TAE) 3-5 years’ experience in a Learning & Development role Strong instructional design and facilitation experience across multiple delivery methods Experience with WHS and compliance-driven training Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Captivate) Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects A proactive, solutions-focused approach What’s in it for you: Opportunity to work across diverse industries and operational environments Autonomy to design and shape impactful learning programs Supportive and collaborative team culture Exposure to a broad range of stakeholders and business functions Real opportunities for career growth and development How to apply: To complete your application for this position please click on the "APPLY" button.
