Job Title: Senior Operations Engagement Officer
The role of Senior Operations Engagement Officer is a critical position within our organization, requiring an individual with exceptional communication and organizational skills. This position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer experiences, as well as supporting special events and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer experiences, including supporting customer experience activities and surveys.
* Support the planning and implementation of light rail service changes, special event planning, and coordination of external stakeholder engagement.
* Maintain operational databases and prepare simple written briefs and reports, advisory notes, presentations, correspondence, performance analysis, and documentation.
