The Library is seeking to fill the role of the **Assistant Director, Knowledge Management (Executive Level 1)** within the Projects and Innovation Section of the Digital Branch.
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to assist in the delivery of the Library Digital Strategy and Corporate Plan goals.
Under broad direction from Director, Projects & Innovation, you will supervise a small team delivering projects and advice to improve information management governance and processes, building on already established and identified initiatives.
You will oversee activities relating to information and records management, employee and user experience (UX/EX), as well as supporting underlying systems such as Content Manager, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
You will develop, manage and maintain a range of internal and external stakeholder relationships and internal and external networks. This will include interacting and coordinating activities with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation including operational users to understand business information management needs, best practice and continuous improvement opportunities and support Digital change management and communication activities.
To succeed in this role you must have qualifications or equivalent experience in information management or related field.
