About The Role
Our organization is seeking a skilled Fire Safety Equipment Specialist to attend customer sites and install, service, and maintain fire protection equipment. This includes unpumped hose reels and hydrants, extinguishers, and other related products.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional results. Key responsibilities include servicing portable fire equipment on our customer premises, recommending fire safety systems and equipment to comply with Australian Standards, and providing excellent customer service and advice using power tools to install and repair portable fire equipment such as extinguishers and blankets.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful applicant will be required to use our Field Service mobile phone application to plan and organize their schedule, including travel on occasion. We are committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities for all employees.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in fire safety equipment installation, maintenance, and servicing.
* Familiarity with Australian Standards for fire safety.
