Job Description
This role is responsible for generating new business in collaboration with Inside Sales Representatives, targeting mid‑market to enterprise companies across all industry verticals. The AE will work closely with Marketing/Demand Generation teams to ensure leads are promptly qualified, with the Pre‑sales team to deliver effective demonstrations, and with multiple stakeholders to overachieve assigned quota through new license subscriptions and professional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business in collaboration with Inside Sales Representatives across mid‑market to enterprise accounts.
- Partner with Marketing/Demand Generation to ensure leads are promptly qualified and create a steady sales pipeline.
- Work with the Pre‑sales team to deliver targeted demonstrations that resonate with prospects.
- Overachieve assigned quota through a mix of new license subscriptions and associated professional services.

- Manage a complex sales cycle from inception to close.
- Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline, balancing multiple opportunities at various stages.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and forecast.
- Execute a proven sales process (MEDDPIC).

Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS / B2B technology sales with a track record of over‑achievement against quotas.
- Ability to communicate with all levels, including C‑level, and understand stakeholder interests.
- Familiarity with up-to-date tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce.com).
- Strategic and tactical mindset, working independently without daily direction.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and outside‑the‑box thinking.
- Ability to build a strong territory plan.
- Experience in a high‑growth, fast‑paced startup.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with demonstrable life skills.
- Minimum of 10 years sales experience.
- Preferred: Experience in integration/iPaaS/APIs.
