- Assisting the Driller with rig set‑up, operation, and maintenance

- Learning the ropes of the drilling trade while building mechanical know‑how

- Solid, physically fit, and ready for demanding work
- Mechanically minded — welding skills a bonus, willingness to learn essential
- Construction Induction Card (White Card) or willingness to obtain
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- HR Licence? Even better
