Responsibilities:
* Leading and developing the accounting team, ensuring strong financial governance.
* Preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.
* Manage and improve month-end processes.
* Support with regulatory compliance requirements.
* Help strengthen internal controls for better governance.
* Monitor and analyse financial performance and variances.
* Collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to company goals & growth.
* Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Experience:
* CA/CPA qualification is a MUST HAVE.
* 7+ years of accounting and finance experience.
* Strong eye for detail and exposure to rigorous finance governance processes.
* Strong MS EXL skills and ability to learn new financial systems.
* Ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders day to day.
