This is a casual role, with shifts typically 0900–1700 weekdays and some weekend afternoon shifts.
You'll deliver engaging individual, group, and community‐based activities tailored to residents' physical, social, cultural, and spiritual needs—creating meaningful moments that support dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
We're looking for someone warm, proactive, and people‐focused, with the ability to connect easily and bring energy and creativity into everything they do.

No two days are the same!
* Document social profiles of new residents and participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of social care plans.
* Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the activities programme.
* Maintain resources for the activities programme.
* Prepare newsletters, activity notices and other correspondence for residents and other representatives.
* Assist the General Manager in recruitment, appropriate delegation, and support for volunteers.
* Any other task not defined but within the employee's skills, as directed by the organisation.
About You
You'll thrive with us if you have:
* Demonstrated experience in establishing and coordinating a social care or activities programme.
* Demonstrated ability to apply an enthusiastic and innovative approach to the development of social care activities.
* Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Demonstrated ability to utilise information management systems including care planning, notes and emails.
