You'll join at an exciting time as we welcome our first homeowners and ramp up delivery of subsequent stages, helping to shape a vibrant, well‐connected community from the ground up.
As Development Manager, you'll lead a high‐performing, multidisciplinary team to deliver this project in line with Stockland's development processes, financial benchmarks and project vision.
Joining the Stockland's land lease communities team gives you strong exposure across the full development lifecycle - from planning and approvals through to detailed design, launch, construction and the delivery. With a sustainable pipeline of projects, you'll have opportunities to design and deliver civil works, residential homes and high‐quality lifestyle facilities.
An experienced Development Manager to lead a team, coordinate diverse stakeholders and drive strong commercial and customer outcomes in a busy, fast‐paced environment.
What You'll Do
* Lead the final stages of Stockland Halcyon Wildflower in line with Stockland's development processes, project vision and financial benchmarks.
* Manage project expenditure, contracts, approvals, sales and marketing, risks and opportunities to optimise returns and maintain competitiveness.
* Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure product, pricing and positioning align with customer needs and local market conditions.
* Collaborate with Project Management teams and builder partners across all stages of home and commercial facilities delivery to achieve quality, safety and timely outcomes.
* Champion exceptional customer experiences through the defect period and as we operationalise the community, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
About You
You thrive in a busy environment, enjoy leading teams and projects, and are motivated by seeing communities come to life. You're comfortable operating across multiple workstreams and stakeholders while keeping customers and commercial outcomes front of mind.
Experience & Skills That Count
* Proven experience as a Development Manager delivering residential and/or mixed‐use or built form projects.
* Demonstrated experience leading multi‐disciplinary teams and managing consultants, contractors, builder partners and approval authorities.
* Strong understanding of the development lifecycle from planning and approvals through to construction, sales, delivery and handover.
* Experience in built form (apartments, homes and/or commercial facilities) is highly regarded.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Development or a related discipline, or extensive equivalent experience.
