Home Care Workers
We need you to join our Home Care workforce to support our aged community members living in Launceston Tasmania.
Minimum Requirements:
* A caring personality and the ability to relate well to people
* A Cert III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
* A Drivers License

The successful applicant will be required to:
* Have a Tasmania Police Schedule 1 National Police Certificate (no older than 12 months and not an annulled record);
* Provide an International Police Check if you have resided for 12 months or more outside of Australia after the age of 16;
* Have a current Working with Vulnerable People Registration (employment category) which includes the NDIS Worker Screening Check;
* Undertake a satisfactory Anglicare assessed medical.
