The Opportunity:

As an Irrigation Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in optimising tree growth and production. This role involves overseeing daily irrigation operations, implementing irrigation programs, and maintaining irrigation equipment and infrastructure.
What you will do:
* Oversee and troubleshoot irrigation systems, fix leaks, and maintain equipment.
* Implement irrigation programs and hygiene protocols, validating through testing.
* Conduct audits, monitor data, and address issues promptly.
* Coordinate and validate work by internal and external contractors.
* Diagnose and repair irrigation infrastructure as needed.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
* 2–5 years' experience in irrigation role in horticulture/farming sector.
* Knowledge of water delivery principles and horticulture.
* Resilience, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
* Strong interpersonal skills to foster a high-performance team culture.
* Certificate III/IV or Diploma in Irrigation (highly regarded) and current Chemical Certificate.
* Current driver's licence.
