Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented and highly motivated Data Processing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in invoice and accounts payable data processing, a strong attention to detail, and an interest in improving workflows. Candidates with solid administration backgrounds will also be very capable in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide timely solutions
* Develop a high level of product knowledge of Civeo
* Support invoicing, processing and reporting requirements
* Monitor data processing performance and implement improvements as needed
* Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry regulations
* Generate reports and visualisations to support data-driven decision-making
* Verify price files to determine credits to be requested from vendors.
* Initiate and manage credit claims.
* Create purchase orders for Operations across various categories
Knowledge And Experience
* Some experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning program such as JDE desirable
* Resource, mining accommodation or hospitality experience highly desirable but not essential
* Excellent interpersonal & administration skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent problem-solving skills
