Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, MS Office proficiency, and be comfortable in a reception environment.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position with a weekday roster from 8:00am to 1:00pm. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, assisting with admissions, and managing facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service skills;

* Assist with admissions process ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately;

* Manage facility operations including but not limited to ordering supplies and maintaining facilities cleanliness;
