The Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Digital Sales Manager to join our fast-growing Sydney sales team. This is a rare chance to accelerate your career in one of the most exciting and fast-moving areas of media and advertising.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with media agencies, DSPs, and SSPs to deliver outstanding digital campaigns.
- Pitch our full suite of digital advertising solutions to businesses of all sizes.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Consistently hit and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Represent Interplay Media at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored client strategies.
- Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate reporting via CRM.
- Contribute to business strategy alongside senior management.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for digital advertising, media, and emerging technology.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing digital environment.
- 3+ years’ digital sales experience
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising, social media, and publishing landscape.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with modern workplace tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva).
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to succeed.
