Job Summary
The role of Restaurant Server encompasses overseeing daily operations to deliver exceptional customer service and food quality. The incumbent will be responsible for accurately receiving food orders, conveying them to the cook staff, and ensuring prompt delivery to customers while maintaining a clean serving area. This position demands providing outstanding customer service at all times and collaborating with the franchise partner as a strong team member.
Key Responsibilities
1. Arrive on time in proper uniform attire.
2. Greet customers warmly with a smile and verbal greeting.
3. Review menu options, suggestively sell products, and take orders from each table correctly.
4. Submit tickets using proper abbreviations to the cook's station.
5. Deliver food in a timely manner when ready.
• Complete prepping duties as detailed or assigned by supervisor,
including but not limited to bussing tables.
Sweep mopping floors.
Clean bathrooms walls.
