With a spectacular waterfront location in the heart of Elizabeth Quay, 6 HEAD is a fine dining restaurant in our well-established boutique hospitality company. We are looking for you who excels at serving large cover numbers while maintaining uncompromising service standards.
We are hiring staff across all floor departments – waiters, Hosts and runner/bussers – to join, undergo quality training, and help launch a brand-new restaurant.
What we need from you
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume restaurant
* Exposure to premium/extensive wine & beverage service
* Cocktail experience
* High standards of grooming & presentation
* An underlying passion for food and wine
