WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Assisting with tenant and landlord communication
* Preparing documentation and completing routine, entry and exit inspections
* Helping coordinate maintenance, administration and completion documentation
* Learning and applying our systems, processes and procedures
* Additional adhoc tasks which include shadowing senior team members to develop skills in portfolio management
